Forgot or change password

If you have forgotten your password or want to reset it, you can do so as follows

 

1. Log in to the gyde app or web app

Enter your email address.

 

Now click on "Forgot password?".

 

Enter your password Welcome back! Please enter your password for [email] to continue.

2. Request the reset link

Enter your registered email address again and click on "Reset password".

Reset password We have sent an email to [email@gyde.io]. Please follow the next 2 steps to log in:

  1. Open the email from gyde
  2. Click on the link in the email
  3. Set your new password

Didn't receive an email? • Please also check your spam folder. • Make sure the email address is correct and was used for your gyde account.

3. Check your email inbox

You will receive an email with the subject:

"Reset password for gyde".

Also check your spam folder.

4. Click on the link in the email

A window will open where you can set your new password.

 

5. Set a new password

Create a new password and confirm it.

 

Reset password for test@gyde.io [New password field] [SAVE button]

6. Log in again

Use your business email address and your new password to log in from now on.
