How do I register?

You can use gyde either via the app or via the web app.

Mobile App

Download the gyde app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Web App: Open app.gyde.io/auth/signup

1. Open the registration page

You can register by creating an account. Use the email address that your company has provided to gyde — usually your business email address.

Tip: You will also find this in the appointment invitation from gyde.

Log in to your account

Don't have an account yet? Register now 

⚠️ Note: Please do NOT register with your phone number, but exclusively with your business email address!

 

Create an account  

Go to the gyde web app and click on the field "I have a business email address" and then click on "Continue".

2. Create account

 

Now enter your email address. Important here is the email address that your company has provided. This is usually your business email address. Check carefully in the appointment invitation that you received from gyde.

Create account Enter the email address you use for work here. You can use 2 different email addresses if needed.

3. Set a password

Choose a secure password and store it in a safe place that is accessible to you, e.g. on your phone. This password is required for logging in on the mobile app.

Make sure to use only visible characters on your keyboard.

Set password Enter your password here:

  • min. 8 characters long
  • upper and lowercase letters
  • min. 1 number
  • min. 1 special character
4. Confirm your registration

After submitting, you will see a confirmation view.

Verify email You have almost made it! We have sent you an email to max.mustermann@gesendet, um zu to check whether it is really you.

Click simply on the link in the email to complete your registration.

5. Confirm your email address

Open the email inbox and click on the link in the message from gyde.

Also check your spam folder.

6. Agree to the terms of use

Read and accept the terms of use.

We need your consent! To continue, please agree to I have read the [Privacy Policy] [Data Protection Declaration] to I agree to the [Terms of Use].

By clicking the "Agree" button below, you confirm your agreement with the listed terms. Additionally, refer to our [Privacy Policy].

7. Log in

Now enter your business email address and your password.

You are now successfully registered.

The contents of your learning journey will be unlocked after the kick-off appointment (the first coaching).

Still having problems with registration?

Check the requirements

  1. Check whether you are using one of these suitable browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge.
  2. Reduce the zoom/view (if "Register now" is not visible):
    • Windows: Ctrl + (Minus)
    • Mac: + (Minus)
    Check if the button then appears. If still not visible: Send a screenshot to our support via this contact form.

Troubleshooting

  • "Register now" is missing: Check browser/zoom as above; if necessary, send a screenshot to Support.
  • Password assignment fails: Check characters; only use visible keyboard characters; try again; otherwise contact Support.
  • Confirmation email missing: Check spam/junk; wait a few minutes; if necessary, request again.
